Good afternoon everyone.
My question is are there any programs out that can be used with a Cummins Inline 6 data link adapter that can be used to diagnose a check engine light on a 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD? Id like to be able to find out what's causing a check engine light to come on.

There are ways to get connected and se what the codes are in Insite I believe.
you might have to go under the hood to get connected.

You can get a cheap elm327 adapter for around 20 bucks on Amazon. Then an app like Torque on the Google play store or equivalent program for apple. Ive set up quite a few friends with similar set ups. I know dodges you can connect with insite under hood but it is typically easier using an elm327 adapter and a program like torque.
