Just found this on the floor board underneath my pedal ..pulling the cover off now anyone have a clue what it might of came from

Not sure what's its called,there a rod that connects to the clutch pedal in hold in with a cutter pin.this truck has a hydraulic clutch so not sure if that make a difference..
