Fuel rail pressure fault... I have a 2012 t660 with a Isx ,and at first 5 miles of my day , the truck stumbles .. looses power for a second then runs fine ...but after that runs great... what should I check ?

Throwing any codes? Have you checked the fuel pump? Has the fuel pump had any maintenance? How many miles on the truck?

If its throwing fuel rail pressure faults or any fuel related faults on a cm2250 which is what im guessing you have being 2012. replace/rebuild the pump immediately. the fuel pumps in the 2250 and 2350s can an will destroy the entire engine if they let loose
from what ive seen posting around here a common rebuild mileage is 350-400k miles to reduce the risk of a 30-40k boat anchor.
