that is a short term stop gap measure if your having issues... there are no liquid cures for worn out rings and worn down engine components. The engine is not a living thing. It is not going to grow new metal inside it and it cannot heal itself from wear... Those oil products only temporarily help a bit and gum uip everything after a while, making a bigger mess.
