EGR Cooler Bypass kit - multitask - 02-01-2022

Gentleman, hope you’re all well.

Anybody know of a good quality bypass kit?

Have read previous posts explaining all the shonky kits being sold online.

The purpose is to get proper cooling to #5&#6 cylinder's. Eliminating the egr cooler is known to cause premature water pump failures and overheating of those cylinder's I mentioned. It's not a good idea to eliminate your egr cooler but if you must do it, you have to replace it with another way to get coolant back there.

best thing to do is simply leave the EGR cooler in place.. replace it if it gets leaky.

no fuss, no mess, no problems,.. and no failed inspections/ fines!.

BY the way... the kit in that pic looked to be complete garbage!. paper thin plates destined to break apart and go thru your turbo (or intake), destroying it after a while.
