| Replaced isx cm2350 actuator, low power/engine Just replaced my 2013 cummins isx cm2350 turbo actuator, installed and calibrated, engine brake was completely underpowered, and engine power was reduced. I did the install/calibrate on insite again and it passed after a few attempts, it made the engine brake stronger and some power came back but still not as strong as it was before. Does it need to be recalibrated again? What could be going on? | |||

If so then maybe it needs to be flashed back to a clean factory program, then run it 10 mins to ensure no remnants of bad programming is still caught up in that ecm left over, then send it to me again.. I will re-make it from a clean program. User's Signature: ->: What I post is just my own thoughts and Opinions! --- I AM Full Of S__T!.

I see that it was a few years ago. There has been several updates since then. I will send you your file again with the latest updates in it. | RE: Replaced isx cm2350 actuator, low power/engine Did you use torx/allen key to set the actuator lever position on turbo like it should be ? There is hole in actuator lever on turbo that is used to set the position. Then connected actuator just to plug, run the first step of calibration that sets the correct position on actuator and then mount the actuator on turbo and then do the last step of calibration with actuator mounted on turbo.
