RE: 2014 W900. Day Running Lights Well I did look by the clutch pedal but no luck. I think only Pets have it there. I removed the dash and disconnected the sensor by the release valve (truck) but as soon as I would drive it the alarm came on saying that the park brake was on

RE: 2014 W900. Day Running Lights My apologies, this is the switch here and it says nothing about drl..... it's the yellow hose. Unplug and jump the connector. User's Signature: I'm no mechanic, I'm just a guy that breaks down enough to know a bit.

ESA is the communication software with the chassis node, located probably under your console or it could be hanging off the frame somewhere, it differs for each paccar truck it seems. If you have team viewer we could hook up and try or go to a Pete or KW dealer they will probably do it for free or a six pack. You can kinda customize your lights with it like give more voltage to your amber lights on fenders or shut off interior lights with door open. User's Signature: 36-25-34

I haven't paid one for a few years but the last couple I walked in to for parts have a $130 /hr (1hr minimum) diagnostic charge AND at least $100 computer hook up or computer diagnostic fee. The 1st time you actually pay someone to diagnose or read a code is as much as it would cost you to get a copy of the program to do it yourself. Everytime after that 1st time is just $$ in your pocket if you own it.

Thanks Brock, I did do that but as soon as I hit 1200 RPM the parking brake alarm goes off!! Or as soon as I start rolling. So that won’t work for this truck
