RE: calling any series 60 gurus...
What is the engine serial number and the part number of the new camshaft? Did you install a set of super seals/auxiliary seals (or whatever Detroit wants to call them now) with the new injectors? Were all new injector cal codes programmed into the ECM? And when setting the injectors, did you use the n2 height method or the n3 preload method?

I tripled checked my cam number with detroit. I also installed my old cam for shits and gigs, still not running. Tried with and without the fat o ring kit, nothing changed. Injector codes were calibrated. I set the injectors the n2 way to 78.8mm. Compared my new inj harness to my old harness and everything ohms out the same. I don't have much more hair to pull out lol

RE: calling any series 60 gurus...
finally got the thing. Tossed another SRS in it from one of our junk trucks and she fired right up. Whats really odd is that his original srs must of went bad right when I touched the injectors/cam. It'll sure make a guy go crazy though. Detroit came out and they couldn't come up with anything either before this. What is also crazy, once I replaced the sensor the first time, my srs fault went away and stay away. It also kept showing srs received at cranking rpm.

Thanks for confirming the fix, it may help out someone out in the future. I was leaning towards SRS/TRS issues, but without an oscilloscope and a known good waveform to go off of it makes it difficult to narrow down. Glad to hear it's fixed and back on the road. It's always a relief when a problematic truck like that is fixed and out the door.
