Replaced isx cm2350 actuator, low power/engine

>i cleared the codes, re did the install/calibration of the actuator and now am getting 30pounds of boost and engine brake is stronger, I will know later tomorrow whether or not it is back to normal power/engine brake, as we will be hitting the mountains with a 60k lbs load.
