| RE: Sending the ECM away Got in touch with gearhead awhile ago and he gave me a number of a guy in edmonton that he says could also tune the mack engines. He told me between the two of them they had come up with the program to tune these engines properly. So I went ahead and called they guy up and got it tuned. The truck has never ran better in my opinion. Gained the power back I lost, doesn't pull 40psi boost anymore only 35-36 or so, and it runs real smooth. I truly won't find out if it was a good tune or not for a long while since I only put on 30000km on per year but in my opinion it seems to be running correctly now. | |||
