I no how to turn wrenches on small stuff but when it comes to the computer stuff I'm dumb as crap.ill try in hook up some of the wires to the laptop in see what happens

Thank ,when it comes to computers I'm dumb as crap hope I can figure it out I hate to have insite in not use it but again I have no clue what I'm doing on this laptop..

So how would I go about upgrading my insite will I have to link my laptop to the internet to able to do it ..

If is not doing it from the CD then yes you'll have to get on the internet. Usually people that sold you insite will give you website/link where you can download the file to update your insite. At least that's how it was for me. I too got my insite from China and it works just fine.

Then you should likely go find or PM someone who is not as you say "dumb as crap" to help you figure it out. This is not a software trading/sharing forum. Maybe you will get lucky and someone will help you in PM messages.

Yes I understand this is not a software trading /sharing forum in I would never ask someone to do that ..I got in touch with the ppl that sold me the insite in I got it working ..
