Pre-emission ISX turbo issue

Silly question what was it boosting before the turbo change? If they put the same turbo on it shoulda been boosting the same.

You mentioned you replaced the vacuum line to the turbo did you also replace the air box controlling the air too? Maybe it's not letting enough air through. Causing the gate too open later

It was boosting 35 to 38 before
All was changed..
