RE: Leaking diaphragm... AGAIN.
The quickserve manual show the repair procedures for all three motors an it usually states which motor its for if there is differences.

I doubt you have the filter as chamberpains mentioned it was mostly on the 570 an caused issues so it was scrapped, #25 he mention is the 250psi check valve for feeding the ecm cooling plate not a filter

Ynot, I was saying on the blowup of a cm570 IFSM it would be #25. On his blow up (cm870), its nonexistent. The extra close up of the filter, I'm not sure why he had them under his ESN (cm870)

Also inlet fuel line has another filter , screen filter!

Pd6cas2, We may be talking about the same thing but just to be clear
This blow up is for a CM570

Part # 25 is what Evotrucker posted originally. I believe it's where I have the green arrow pointing in the picture below. Are you referring to where I have the Pink arrow as a filter also? That looks similar to a pressure reducer/regulator I have for my air turbo actuator. I've never pulled and IFSM on a CM570 apart. I'm going off of quickserve alone.

I dont remember seeing one like that on my IFSM but its what it should on my quickserve maybe i accidentally used the blueprints for the cm570 by accident.

So i was going to change the themorstate today but until i realized how much more work there is... lol i saw that the ac compressor is blocking one of the long bolts to the thermostat housing... would i have to take all the belts of and the ac compressor to be able to take of the housing? or can i just pull the ac compressor of a little bit? cuz i would really hate to recharge the system right after i already did it.

I don't know what your engine compartment looks like or how it's set up but I often unbolt ac compressors and swing them out of the way. Just don't pinch or kink the lines they will burst after you run the ac.

Looks like that is what i am going to do i just hope i dont pinch or brake the ac lines connected to the compressor.
