If it plugs up again, you are probably looking at broken piston rings.

If you want to keep it going for a while, use an LF9070.

how long has it been MM2ed could be from engine running so much cleaner a bunch of carbon buildup in oil galleys and everywhere else finally cleaned up enough or sludged up enough in oil pan that you go a slug of it shot into the filter.
