Oil Filter only half full when taken down for oil change
I have never seen a oil filter that wasn't full when I changed it.. Has anybody every experienced this? Is there a problem in the filter head?

Normal pressure, the bypass filter was full like normal, truck has been running great.

ISX 15 600, running delo 640k miles
