Need some help with Fault Code 1867 PID 412 FMI 2 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temp Data Erratic. We changed the EGR Temp Sensor out and still getting this. I did notice that the EGR Valve Acuator makes a buzzing noise for awhile when the truck is keyed on.

Register the engine on quickserv.com and look over the ecm wiring diagram. It might be something screwing with the +5volts supply to the sensor or a wire going bad somewhere.

Also, make sure your replacement sensor is not after-garbage and that is came from a certified OEM.
