Need help with CM 870 & CM 871 programming, non VGT. Please

Hello,

I need someone to help me program CM 870 and CM 871. They are non- VGT engines and CM 871 has complaints about low boost and high fuel economy. Please let me know if anyone can help, really in a pinch!

yeah ... start by putting back the VGT turbo on each of them and undo those horrible redneck engine killing mods to them.

and yeah... the programming is bad as well if someone did that trash to them.

Yup...If no one wants to touch it then might have to send the guys on their way.

Thing is I just did the heads on both of them, if the programming doesn't get fixed then they are coming back soon, just trying to prolong that for a bit.

I have been dealing with a lot of this BS. The internet said its ok, must be good then.

Everyone around here keeps telling drivers oh yeah take your VGT off that's causing all the problems! So far I have worked on only one 870/871 that still has VGT on. Just putting it together right now. When you tell people that VGT is good , they are just shellshocked!

You can't make these engines run right with a non VGT. You'll have to put them back on if you want the programming to be corrected.

How is someone going to adjust F/A ratio if the ECM no longer has any control over the very thing that sets the F/A ratio??
