ISX 15 code spn 641 fmi 11

Have a 2016 Prostar with ISX 15 400ST, bone stock and have been getting this code thrown erratically lately. Truck seems to run fine and when it throws I will get the triangle on the dash warning engine light. Cycle the key and it goes away. What do I need to be looking for on this? Turbo actuator on the way out or spotty connection on the actuator harness? Truck has 492k miles on it.

What is the actual code shown in insite?

I don't have insite, that was the pushing the cruise control on and resume button together. I thought I could pull them off with efi live and HD autocal but I could not. I have a neighbor that has insite if I need to have him do it.

spn641, fmi11 = I think that is Fault Code '2198'. VGT actuator root cause unknown.

Do a turbo inspection, re-calibrate it, etc.


Is this engine de-mandated (deleted)... if so then copy the program from the ecm and e-mail it to me for a review so that you know its not tearing up the turbo.
