CM871 Vibration Help

I have a buddy that had a said name delete done to his truck and has had a problem with what he thinks is the tuning....He says when he gets to a certain RPM his truck has a vibration under the floor near were the pedals are but says the vibration feels like it's being caused by improper timing. Any suggestions would help thanks!
