The weird thing is that truck does just fine for a short time after ecm is being reprogrammed, then power is decreasing .

If it was not done by gearhead, Unilevers, Mr. Hag (or vin) then it is not an official MM-2 tune. There is no shop in Illinois that is doing even half decent tuning the right way as far as I have ever seen. They are most likely lying to you and using that name to sell their wiork. If they are saying it is MM. -- it is a copy-cat.
