I've come to know something strange about my 2009 Volvo with CM 2250 that might help someone. My truck would sometimes lose the throttle down the road (would go to idle speed from 60/65mph), easing up on gas pedal would bring the juice back, insite showed code 3528, 3545 and 3326 indicated a bad accelerator sensor (gas pedal) or wire issue between accelerator sensor and ECM. i got the gas pedal replaced ($180.00 plus labor) but this did't do any good. Next day truck brought this symbol on dash (Photo Attached), I replaced the cranckcase filter and that was it. All codes gone and truck running just normal.
