On a CM870 it's not such a big deal. It has a slightly different coolant flow that allows the removal of the cooler. I've been running mine for over 2 years with out one. On a cm871 or newer, that's a whole other ballgame. They must have the EGR cooler or bypass tube in order to keep proper coolant flow. | |||
