Anyone get code 1911 for cm2250?

Ok so after doing some test the truck was at 20 psi fuel pressure and has air coming from both tanks and maybe an injector or fuel pump head. Will do some more testing monday. The base of the water separator filter was full of dirt and almost looked like mud!!! After cleaning that we'll the truck started better and sounded better. Will keep you guys posted on Monday to see what is the cause... also swapped out fuel pump actuator and that wasn't it either..
