By estimating how much the engine might be making + what it measures with the DPF Delta-p and other sensors.

do you have any info on baro pressure sensors
it reads just below 26 inhg
and ambient is just under 30 inhg

If they are more than 200k miles old, might just want to simply replace em and see if the values change. If so, you did well... if not, then keep the old one's as spare.
