Having a CM2350 myself, that sounds normal to me , these CM2350 are a bit on the louder side , a friend of mine has a Signature Series @ 500 + HP and I'll tell you his engine is much quieter than mine.

If it's not throwing any codes , fuel mileage is normal and no fuel leaks I wouldn't worry about it.
