Yeah I'm curious if the filters were cleaned properly the first time (taken to some company I hadn't heard of before). We took these filters to peterbilt yesterday. They did the standard 4 hour bake then ran a test on flow after. Pegged their machine so filters are done. Possibly filters were not in fact thoroughly cleaned and that's why she plugged so fast. Will start looking into other possible causes as you mentioned above.
