X15 Turbo Actuator failure?

Truck has just under 500k on it at this point so the failure was inevitable. Really blows that these actuators aren't as reliable as the previous generation.

Question for those who've done the actuator replacement... where are you guys getting them from? This a new Cummins/dealer item or maybe a YTS recon purchase? Appears that part number 4034188 is what my engine calls for.

make sure its not the turbo ... take actuator off and do a control arm inspection too.
