X15 Turbo Actuator failure?

We have been getting ours from HD turbo out of Chicago.. Great people. The kids and I flew out there a while back and those guys have a top notch place. The build their own boards for these X15's Cummins had a bad design as far as the power feed to them and was a big issue even for HD but after a few swop outs the figured it out. What I like about them they over night the parts to us and when we had the one fail no questions ask sent a new one next day so they could get that one back and see what happens....
