As far as the pump actuator goes, when unplugged it will default the pump to max pressure. Unplug it and see if you notice a difference. Don't drive it thousands of miles like that though.

So fuel pressure is fluctuating minus 2-5k psi and upto command pressure definitely hear it at idle and 5000psi when I unplug the actuator it goes to smooth idle. New part on the way
