2350 after treatment problems

Good afternoon, thank you for letting me post. I'm very unknowledgeable when it comes to these emissions motors. I have 2 other isx Cummins 871 motors which were problem free. Actually both motors still run fine, one was totaled in an accident, and the other the frame rails rotted out. But mainly my trucks have Detroits and cats in them. Last week I acquired a 2015 prostar in a deal with dry van trailers I bought. The truck was a lease purchase truck where I personally know both parties. The truck has 700k on it and 20k on a overhaul. The driver told me the truck shorted out and went into limp mode. The truck was in Florida when this happened and was taken to a local shop who had it for 2 weeks and put a new def pump in it and after $8k the owner told them to stop because the problem wasn't getting anywhere near fixed. Waiting on the broke down list to see what was replaced, the last thing they said was it needed a new wiring harness. It sat down there for a year and I went and picked it up last week and towed it back to Pa. Plugged it into Cummins insite and it showed a full page of codes and watching the system live showed no power to multiple parts on the emissions. So far I've checked the fuse panel behind the def tank, and went through some of the wiring without finding anything wrong. Then stopped my self before I dig in to far and wanted to post here being that you guys have a lot more experience with these systems than I do. Thank you.
