2350 after treatment problems

Today I got some time finally to try a couple things. I had the truck running and also off with the key on. I went through unplugging the sensors 1 at a time then checking the computer to see if any of the voltage change and I didn't noticed any change. Also changed out the fuel pedal because of the pedal code, with no change. And also changed the low coolant level sensor because of the low coolant code, and again no change.
