Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues

New injectors are installed and truck is running smooth like butter. Next issue is the engine fans running a lot. Coolant is 180 oil is 190-200. No Ac on, outside temp is 56F. I know multiple sensors can turn on the fan but don’t know which or where they are on a Pete. Any picture or guidance would be appreciated!
