Think I found the issue, for the most part each repair improved performance. Yesterday I was tracing a parasitic draw and ended up disconnecting the injector harness and found it full of oil. Disconnected the batteries and clean the connectors with electrical cleaner today driving my mpg has doubled. I imagine that’s why 4 of my injectors failed performance test on at least 1 test. Time will tell
