Well I figured it out. I didn’t have the timing wedge in when I marked everything. Turn the crank a full rotation and everything lined up.

Its good that you figured it out.

FYI: The overhead cam runs at half the speed of the crank. ...For every rotation of the crank, the cam only turns half a rotation.
