CM2250 shutting of while trying to take off

Good evening,

I have a 2013 Peterbilt 587 Cummins ISX with a ten speed.

The issue I am having is my truck is shutting off while I release the clutch. I does not do it every time but its been doing it a lot more lately. Last week I got a code 0559. Mechanic did test and found the fuel pump head was bad. replaced with a new one but the problem still persist. I will be checking all the wiring around the battery box to the ecm. Anything else I can physically look at. Right now it sputters then shut down. no codes at the moment and the truck will start back up just fine and take off down the road. thank you for your time and help. Truck has been dementated. I will be downloading a copy of my tune for review once I get home.
