| RE: 2021 MX13 pac car dpf and scr efficiency issues in need of egr tuneup Engine OFF, ignition ON, pressure sensor reading was fluctuating between 0-12hPa. I decided to pull sensor to see how it looks AFTER 25 000 miles (new imap is not stocked by paccar dealers around here, it has to be ordered), since it was off anyways I did clean it without solvents using tip of zip tie . Guy who does training on dealership mechanics told me that replacing those sensors, cleaning egr coolers is just a waste of time and money, they replace turbos and injectors, since the problems start from there. Most likely the people who get ripped off buy replacing turbos and injectors never come back to dealership and that is why they think problems are fixed. Dealership training guy even argued with those official paccar MX13 service reccommendations. They do not genuinely care at dealership how things work how to maintain things, they just randomly replace big dollar items and want to get as much money out from customers as they can. ![]() | |||
