2021 MX13 pac car dpf and scr efficiency issues in need of egr tuneup

ECM died most likely on higher mileage truck at less than 200 000 miles. New ecm is 2k, but truck is 220km one way and a ferry crossing from dealer, flashing ecm to truck would cost 1k or 120 if taken to dealer.

I need to look up cost of crank dampener too. The camshaft should have dampener too on MX13 and Volvos, does it make sense to have it changed out on a 5 year old truck?

There is another big elephant in the room with mx13 - overhead every 75k miles on highway trucks, quarry trucks 20k miles... truck bought new and serviced at dealer...

Overhead has been never done on one truck and ome that had cam changed is 80k miles since cam change.
