2013 isx 15 loud howling/whine?

Only the top oring washer was damaged, the bottom was fine and cleaned surfaces and bolt before reassembly, FYI it's kind of a bear to work on if you are gifted with bigger forearms and fat fingers lol

I think I remember something about replacing line and adel clamps with new ones.
