Low oil pressure stop engine with 30lbs of pressure

Thank you for your reply. The customer had the engine built at one shop. 3 year, 300,000 mile warranty. The injectors were remans from another shop. One of which was defective. I replaced that one. Once running, found out that the shop that installed the NEW motor, used the old, non working thermostat. According to the driver it got to 230. Not sure about the parts and processes on the build. The guage problem was also before the swap. So old motor to new, same problem. I tried using ESA but is requiring an update. The truck has been modified. I didn’t want to mess up the mod, but thought about copying what’s there, do the update, and restore. Only thing is, I’m just learning that part and don’t have confidence to try it.
