We verified our float with a ohm meter, I cannot remember what it should be but I remember mine was sporadic.

Thanks Brock. I pulled up the Navistar Bodybuilder schematics last night for the ohm readings on the sending units... Sensor Resistance (Full Tanks 29 to 37 ohms) (Empty Tanks 234 to 246 ohms)
