I wouldn't just let any dealership tell me what needed to be checked. I don't own a 2250 but if I did you bet your ass I'd tell them to pull the fuel pump head and verify it has the updated plungers at my expense. Better to spend $500 to make sure it has been updated completely than $30k for a new engine.
