I just battled this today on a 2250 as well. It has the updated pump head with steel plungers, cam and tappers all checked out good upon inspection, regulator is new, maintains 29000 psi on leak down test. Fitters had 4k miles on em, spun new ones on, gonna try it again in the morning. Any other suggestions?
