Just sharing my latest situation, no intention to convince anyone that i did the right thing. After my truck started crankcase pressure issue it had 620k miles, checked it with Cummins dealer and a few mechanics and all said it was headgasket. since i had another engine of the same specs, i decided to run the truck as much as i can, i drove it to 854k using block sealant (don't want to mention name), truck did blow a coolant reservoir and a hose, blocked sleeper bunk heater during this period. She is in shop for engine swap now, will update photos of how engine looks like from inside once i get it opened. It worked good for me, drove the truck for a bonus 230k miles on a damaged head gasket.
