| RE: EGR Cooler Bypass kit best thing to do is simply leave the EGR cooler in place.. replace it if it gets leaky. no fuss, no mess, no problems,.. and no failed inspections/ fines!. ========= BY the way... the kit in that pic looked to be complete garbage!. paper thin plates destined to break apart and go thru your turbo (or intake), destroying it after a while.
