Bad idle and strange noise after wiring harness repaired

First I had code for shortness to high or low voltage source
So I removed the engine wire harness and found a few spots with corrosion. I fixed the and put the harness back on engine,
meanwhile I took the egr valve off and cleaned it along the pipe and sensors. Now there is stange noise from engine like rocking back and forth
If I rev it up a little the noise goes away but returns.
Here what I did
I unpluged the egr temp sensor then plugged it to another that I had
Unplugged the differential sensor and plugged to another differential sensor
Same thing for I- Map sensor
No change in the noisy engine
Engine is ISX 871

Almost sounds like egr , try taking the magic plug off ....
That about all my knowledge , if you had to find it all , it won't take long ,lol

Could be egr, could be injectors, could be actuators... Any codes after fixing the harness?
