fault codes 08 IHC

is there place on internet can look up faultcodes 2008 IHC ,9200i,cm871, have code 128FO7,136FO7, SID146-P, get one thing working (AC) sumthing else pops up, reminds me of snowmobiles in the 1970s

I usually google search the code number. But im fairly sure the 128f is an engine fault and 136f is ABS fault which are 2 different systems. So im not sure why they're on the same code line and the "p" is for previously active or inactive code.
