Just a PM and a peep

Did a oil change on the 2250 and took the valve cover off currently at 610,000 miles I use Rotella 15w40 with some gear oil however I noticed some shadows on the cam. I think it might be normal wear or should I be worried or nahhhh?

Could you post some close-ups of the tops of the lobes or the areas you're concerned with?
