Anybody use john deere plus 50 oil in a cm2350? Its what we have in bulk at the shop so it would be convenient.

RE: John Deere Plus 50
As long as it is rated for the emissions on the motor, I believe CK4, and is of the correct viscosity, should not be anything wrong with running it.

Something to also keep in mind is that it is commonly known that low pressure oil system engines (like the ISX) love lots of zinc (ZDDP). As long as it has 1100 - 1400 ppm zinc + compatible with the engine in general, then it is likely ok. If it is down on the 800ppm range or lower, I would consider something else.

Here is a break down I found online... not my test.

Comparable to Shell Rotella that most of us use, just throw in one 5000 IU Vitamin D tablet and you should be good to go.

What? You don't put Vitamin D in your motor? It enables 4 extra hp, and an extra .03 mpg, especially on overcast days and when running at night.

Put some stickers, duck tape, and zip-ties on your truck to make it go faster also!
