sounds to me like that dealers$it does not know so much about what they are doing. What happens if they have to replace someone's completely dead ECM?... they just wing-it?... The major dealers$its around here in Atlanta have access to the original vehicle template from the day it came off the assembly line and are able to restore it.

Oh boy, it sure don't sound good. I've got me scheduled to come in there tomorrow. Every communication I've had with this place background put noise is like the place is a version of the old hee Haw TV show... Not kidding.
I'm going to ask them about what you said concerning being able to access an original template.... Where would they be able to retrieve that at Rawze? Thank you sir.

I don't suppose that international dealerships work in conjunction on something like this.... Meaning, instead of taking a truck to Fayetteville tomorrow hour and a half drive, would my local dealership be able to get this programmed correctly?

ANY dealer should be able to do this. It's an extremely basic and easy process. Pretty much like putting something in a microwave and turning it on.
