I'm looking for a reliable shop for mandate removal
I've been struggling hard these past two months with this semi truck i just bought where ive already thrown $25k in to fixing the dpf issues and now I just want to get it working for atleast a year . I mean even 6 months would be nice. Anyone can suggest a shop that can do a reliable {weight loss} on this trashcan?

I've been in your shoes. I feel for you, but being that's illegal, I don't think you're going to have someone just name a shop per-say.

I can tell you if any shop recommends that you replace the VGT turbo with a fixed vane, RUN away, quickly. You don't want their tune in your engine.

You cannot simply throw moneys at emissions related issues. They will never get fully solved, as repair shops, and especially stealers$hits could give a crap about solving your issues... but rather throw the most expensive parts at it until the CEL light goes out for only a few miles, and empty your wallet in exchange.
----------

Almost ALL dpf issues are due to the engine not running as it should.

Start by servicing that engine with proper preventative maintenance and doing a thorough EGR tune-up. This solves 90% of all emissions issues if tune-up work is done once a year... BEFORE the check engine lights start plaguing you.

here is some info on this...

-------------

Also, you did not give any details about your issues... nor did you provide what make/model truck you have, what engine, etc.

What is the engine ser#?.
